Kuniko was F&A's first international partner in another country. Lucy and Kuniko began working together in 1986 during the World Veterinary Congress (Montreal). When Kuniko shifted her major business activities to Japan in 1993, the relationship continued and thus the successful Japanese office was established which has proven to be a role model for the other offices.

Building on the most successful of all AIDS conferences — the 1990 San Francisco AIDS Conference — and five amfAR National HIV Update conferences held in the Bay Area, Felicissimo and Associates (F&A) has established a strategic partner in San Francisco, California to better serve the needs of our clients located in the United States.
Donit Ronit LeMon Drobey holds a B.A. from UCLA in International Relations/Political Science and an M.A. in English with an emphasis on English as a Second Language. She has experience planning conferences both large and small and has collaborated with F&A for the past ten years. Ronit comes from a multilingual household and speaks English, French, Italian, Hebrew and some Spanish. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

F&A and Ana Juan forged a strong relationship in 2002 when The World Conference of The Transplantation Society was relocated from Buenos Aires to Miami in less than six months. This joint collaboration was successful and took the conference from a deficit position to a profit of one million US dollars.
This relationship continued and resulted in many successful joint endeavors by F&A and Ana Juan in different countries in South America. Ana Juan Congresos was founded in l968 and is one of the first PCO in South America.
